Resene Foggy Grey from the Karen Walker range was specified for parapets and columns on the house. For this project, Resene Sonyx 101 semi-gloss waterborne paint was used. Being an Environmental-Choice approved paint, Resene Sonyx 101 is low VOC, which translates to improved air quality and better working conditions for painters.

Resene Sonyx 101 semi-gloss waterborne paint was used on the exterior. This durable, Environmental-Choice approved paint comes in a wide range of colours, including the Resene Cool Colour range. Colours in this collection reflect more of the sun’s energy than a normal colour, which helps keep the substrate and the home interior cooler.
The Karen Walker range, which is available in most Resene paint types, presents six colour stories that pair colours in interesting ways.
